For those who struggle to fall asleep or wake in the middle of the night, self-care performed at this time can be very supportive. At this class, you’ll learn holistic sleep rituals from the ancient system of Ayurveda. Relaxing bathing routines, calming self-massage methods, peaceful meditations, herbal milks and screen-free activities create restfulness and ease, so you can drift off into slumber and get the rest you deserve. You’ll receive how-to information for an ideal nightly routine, guidance on how to give yourself a massage at home including head massage, full body massage, and sleep massage, recipes for supportive herbal baths, teas, and milks, plus a list of 41 screen-free relaxing nighttime activities.
